Waverley Prep School is a family-friendly, nurturing environment where children excel academically but also flourish in sports, art, music and drama. Children also participate in residential trips, weekly sports fixtures and local and national competitions for music, sports and art. Our pupils move on to a wide range of locally and nationally renowned secondary schools.Our single-form entry school (one class per year group), small class sizes (average of 21 pupils) and superb pupil teacher ratios (1:3 for reading, writing and maths class in our pre-prep) mean that children are given the best environment to achieve their maximum potential.

- We are not academically selective.
- We operate waiting lists for some year groups but please contact our Admissions team as places do become available at short notice.

We no longer hold Open Mornings but prefer to invite parents for 1-2-1 tours. We find personal tours are much more productive and informative for prospective school parents and enable parents to freely ask questions that are most pertinent for their own personal school search.
