Year 5 Part-Time Form Teacher (Maternity Cover)

The Senior Management Team are currently seeking a Year 5 Form Teacher to work 3 days per week on a temporary basis, ideally commencing after the half-term in November 2026, to cover a period of maternity leave. A January 2027 start would be considered for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and qualities:

• Qualified Teacher Status and work experience as a Form Teacher in a similar working environment.
• Teaching experience in the Primary and/or Preparatory sector.
• Experience and knowledge of contemporary methods in Primary education and assessment systems.
• A committed team member with presence and good communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of success in developing pupils and challenging them to excel.
• IT literate and the ability to apply this skill in the educational environment.
• Familiarity with the ISI and or/Ofsted inspection processes.

Remuneration

Salary will be dependent upon experience.
