The Waverley Masked Singer 2025

Yesterday afternoon, we held the very first Waverley Masked Singer competition. Four mystery teachers took to the stage to battle it out for the title of Best Singer. Mr Shore had the fun job of hosting, whilst our Head Boy and Head Girl, alongside their deputies, took on the role of judges.

Split into two separate events, the competition was absolutely fantastic, with both children and parents thoroughly enjoying the festive fun! After singing his heart out, Mr Mitchell emerged victorious in the KS1 show, beating the likes of Mrs Amankwah and Mr Barlow, whilst Mrs Eden-Higgs was crowned the winner in the KS2 show.

There was also a very special performance from the KS2 choir, which was a real treat! A huge thank you to the WFA for organising such a fun and festive event.
