Reception Teddy Bears Picnic

Good use of the social circle in our sensory garden last week as Reception played host to some of their special friends. Children (and Mrs Hadlow!) brought in their favourite bears and treated them to a magnificent spread of jam sandwiches and fruit - yum yum! The children are really enjoying their Bears topic especially the story "We're going on a bear hunt" which they were all able to tell Mrs Howard about, excellent speaking and listening skills. If you are a bear fan, have a look at their display board outside of Reception classrooms, their paintings of their favourite bears are super.
