KS2 Horrible History Theatre trip

Year 6 Report
On Thursday 8th November, Key Stage 2 enjoyed a magnificent performance of Horrible Histories, in the Hexagon Theatre, Reading. It was musical, extraordinary, exciting, humorous, brilliant, gory, scary, astonishing and informative. The first part of the show saw 4 actors take the parts of various people from history. They looked at all the Kings and Queens of the Tudor times including Henry VIII and Queen Elizabeth. They also showed us how criminals were dealt with and how sick people were cured. After the Interval, we were issued with 3D glasses that made it an amazing experience with spiders, fireworks and cannonballs hurtling towards us at amazing speeds. Thank you to Mr Stockton for arranging such a wonderful trip, as it is always interesting to watch a live performance.
