Key Information
- Based at Waverley School, we benefit from the grounds and facilities of the school.
- Open to children in Reception -11 years and can be accessed by all families in and around the community.
- Our club is OFSTED registered.
- Breakfast, lunch and light tea are provided depending, on your session times.
- Children need to bring with them a mid-morning snack and water bottle – we are a nut free school.
- Available up to 5 days a week, 07:30hrs - 18:00hrs (flexible drop-off and pick-up times).
- Sibling discounts are available.
Holiday Club Activities
Our Holiday Club offers a varied and exciting programme of fun activities for children which includes entertainment, sports, arts & crafts, themed days and trips.
Some activities incur a nominal extra charge which is kept a low as possible, this is to cover the cost of supplies, entertainers, sports coaches or trip overheads.

What's Provided At Holiday Club
We provide breakfast, a hot lunch which is freshly cooked on-site (2 options available including vegetarian), a mid-afternoon snack and a tea at 16:45hrs, depending on the length of day booked.
You can view the 3-week rotating menu options here.
Please note: the breakfast is available for arrivals before 08:20hrs, and the tea is not designed to replace the main evening meal.

Legal Compliance and Child Safety
Our Holiday Club is OFSTED registered as part of Waverley School. The club therefore complies with all the rigorous legal requirements, high standards and procedures directed for Waverley School as the holiday club operates within Waverley School. You must have registered with our booking system to be able to attend.
The holiday club is operated and managed by qualified staff who work within Waverley School. Some activities are outsourced, however a member of Waverley is always present.
Open to children are in Reception class to Year 6 and is open to Waverley and non-Waverley pupils.

Booking
Please follow the steps below.

Select “Register for an account” function

Select “Add a Child” under the “My Children” section; these details only need to be inputted once as they will be saved and used when booking your children on all future holiday clubs.

Once you have added your child/children to the system, you can then “Start a new booking” to add the sessions you wish them to attend holiday club.

Bookings will be confirmed on a first come-first serve basis and, once the daily capacity has been reached, the system will not allow further bookings.
Amending/Cancelling Your Sessions
Once you have booked the desired sessions, any cancellations or changes to times will need to be requested by e-mailing aherridge@waverleyschool.co.uk. Cancellations or changes cannot presently be done online.
The cancellation policy and notice period required to receive a full or partial credit note remains the same as for prior Holiday clubs. These can be viewed on the new system which will prompt you to tick to accept them before confirming the booking.
Terms & Conditions
- We require at least 14 full days' notice of cancellation before the day your child is due to attend to issue a 100% credit note.
- We require at least 7 to 13 full days' notice of cancellation before the day your child is due to attend to issue a 50% credit note.
- If you cancel your sessions without giving us at least 7 full days' notice before the day your child is due to attend, you will not receive any credit.
