At Waverley School we aim to create a climate of mutual respect, where children develop into caring citizens and actively participate in their own learning. Children are encouraged to look out from within the school to the wider global community. Teachers work together to create an atmosphere, which, says that it is ‘cool’ to get involved, support your school and give your very best. This is true whether in the classroom, on the sports field or in creative arts. Our aim is for children to leave school confident, independent learners, with high self-esteem and a sense of responsibility and tolerance in all they do.

Our School is delighted to have secured the backing of CfBT Education Trust in order to help us develop the school for pupils and parents. Waverley School joined CfBT’s portfolio in March 2006.
