Holiday Club

Our guarantee is excellent childcare at affordable prices giving parents on-going peace of mind. With our huge menu of games, activities and a dynamic team of qualified staff, the emphasis for your child is always on having FUN.

Based at Waverley School in Finchampstead, using the school facilities and grounds we cater for children aged 3 to 11 years whether they attend Waverley or another school.  Our club is OFSTED registered and complies with all legal requirements and the high standards and procedures, which operate within Waverley School, are applied to all of our Holiday Club activities.

Every week has a different theme, for example cooking, sports, animals or crafts. Every day there are adult led activities around these themes as well as free choice activities should a child not wish to take part in one of the planned activities. We often plan outings and excursions as part of our timetable.

Snacks are provided mid-morning and during the afternoon with a hot meal being served at lunchtime which is freshly prepared on site.

Booking a Place

If you have not used our Holiday Club before please complete the Registration Form and Booking Form below. For children who have previously enjoyed the club parents only need to complete the Booking Form.

Please complete the required forms in full and return with a cheque made payable to Waverley School to the following address:

Waverley Holiday Club, Waverley Way, Finchampstead, Berkshire, RG40 4YD

Please ensure we receive the completed forms and payment no later than two weeks before you wish your child to start. Holiday Club places will be confirmed upon receipt of these.
