Open Days

Our next Open Day will be held on Saturday October 13^th 2012 from 10 am to 12 pm.

This is a perfect opportunity to view our super facilities, to meet staff and current pupils, and to see the unique ethos of the school and discuss the benefits of an education at Waverley.

Throughout the morning, tours conducted by current pupils will be taking place starting at the Entrance Hall.

During the morning current pupils will be taking part in age appropriate activities which prospective pupils are also welcome to attend if they wish. Places for the activity sessions may be pre-booked and run from 10:15 - 11:00 and 11:45 - 12:30.

Between 11:00 and 11:30 there will be an opportunity to meet with current parents with coffee and homemade cakes in Melton Hall. There will be a short address from the Head Teacher at 11:20.

Scholarships

We are pleased to announce that Waverley will be once again offering Scholarship Awards for pupils currently in years one to five.

Academic Scholarship Awards for children who show academic potential in one or more areas, will follow an examination day, which will include a formal interview,

As well as excellent academics, Waverley has a reputation for superb Performing Arts and cater well for children with talent in this area. Therefore, this year we will also be offering scholarships, into Key Stage Two, for candidates showing exceptional talent in music or speech and drama. Performance Scholars will also be required to demonstrate a good level of academic ability in the examination papers.

Potential applicants for Scholarship Awards are invited to join our Open Day, to be held on April 21^st, please contact the school to book a place.
