At Waverley School we aim to create a climate of mutual respect, where children develop into caring citizens and actively participate in their own learning. Children are encouraged to look out from within the school to the wider global community. Teachers work together to create an atmosphere, where every child can give of their very best at all times. This is true whether in the classroom, on the sports field or in creative arts. Our aim is for children to leave school confident, independent learners, with high self-esteem and a sense of responsibility and tolerance in all they do.
Our School is delighted to have secured the backing of CfBT Education Trust in order to help us develop the school for pupils and parents. Waverley School joined CfBT’s portfolio in March 2006.

As a not-for-profit organisation CfBT is proud that the surpluses it generates are reinvested in our schools and in research and development programmes that will benefit our schools.
