Waverley School is a small private school in Wokingham catering for children aged 3 months to 11 years in our Nursery, Pre-preparatory and Preparatory Departments. We hold regular Open Days and our "come and see us in action" sessions take place on a weekly basis, the dates and times are on our Open Days page.
Our recent outstanding inspection report gives an excellent understanding of our unique ethos and the benefits of an education at Waverley School.
We aim to challenge and support every child to academic excellence, to encourage self-discipline, tolerance and kindness and to provide a broad, rich curriculum going beyond national expectations. Evidence of fulfilment of these aims was noted and commended by the inspection team along with the behaviour of the pupils which was said to be a key feature of their academic success. Waverley School and Nursery is situated in the rural village of Finchampstead. In a peaceful location surrounded by woodlands it provides a safe, quiet environment for our children to work and play.
Conveniently located just 2 miles from Wokingham and 4 miles from Crowthorne. Easily accessed from the M3 and M4 and a short drive from Reading and Bracknell.
